Through the Big Sisters Scheme, the Form One Induction Programme, and the Peer Support Network, we equip students with practical life skills, foster meaningful peer connections, and build the self-confidence necessary for academic and personal success.
The Big Sisters Scheme
Our school organises the Big Sisters Scheme every year to help Form One students adapt to the new learning environment. Form One students are paired with “big sisters” from Forms Three and Four. Activities include an adventure-based training camp, community service, and tea gatherings. Applications open at the beginning of the first term each year.
Form One Induction Programme
Each year, we organise the Form One Induction Programme before the commencement of the new school year. The school engages an Educational Psychologist to help prepare new students for the challenges they may encounter and equip them with the skills needed to adjust smoothly to this new phase of education.
Peer Support Network
The Peer Support Network enables students to build better social relationships through participating in activities organised by the school social workers, with an aim to boost students’ self-confidence and help them develop social skills.
