For any athletes, sport is the epitome of hard work and dedication. Proudly representing our school, the athletes of the Cross-country Team competed in Division One of the HKSSF Inter-School Cross Country Competition on 28th October. Despite the overcast weather that day, in faith and unity, our girls gave their all and brought back triumphantly the overall championship. 

Poon Hiu Man of F.5C, Captain of the Cross-country Team, said she was overjoyed to see her teammates achieve such excellent results. She also expressed her heartfelt gratitude to all those who had worked hard for the competition, especially Mr Galen Lam, Miss Vivian Lai, and the team coach, Mr. Chan. Without the massive support of all our teachers and coaches, the team would not have performed so well. As the saying goes, ‘With hard work and effort, you can achieve anything.’ With perseverance and passion, our girls trained tirelessly in the past few months and their efforts paid off. 

Once again, congratulations to our Cross-Country Team and we are all so proud of you!
