The Inter-House Athletics Meet was successfully held on the 8th and the 14th of January, concluded by the familiar cheer of “Today we are one, cheering striving for Heep Yunn!”

That day, excitement and joy pervaded Wan Chai Sports Ground. Thanks to the enthusiastic participation of our students and teachers, more than fifty track and field events were conducted smoothly. House organisers and F.1 cheering team members put forth their utmost effort and cheered energetically during the Inter-House Cheering Competition. Our athletes displayed alacrity and strength throughout the competitions, aiming to clinch the championship for their respective Houses. Displaying good sportsmanship, the five Houses competed intensely both on the fields and on the tracks.

We were honored to have Ms. Haywood Ip, our alumnae, as our guest speaker on the occasion. She shared with all of us her remarkable experience as a student-turned-PE-teacher in Heep Yunn and her role in making our annual Athletic Meets a reality. Appreciation is much given to all staff members, student officials and athletes, who contributed to the success of this year’s Athletics Meet.
