DSS schools have control over three aspects: the tuition fees, the school
programme, and the enrollment of students. Control over such areas are essential
for quality schooling, and switching to the DSS gives such powers back to HYS,
providing more resources to improve the module and to broaden the horizon of our
students, so that HYS could keep up with the ever-changing world, and carry on
the whole-person education of Christianity.
